What to Expect

First Visit: We will work together to review your full history to create an individualized treatment plan based on your short- and long-term goals. Your first visit will be about 75-90 minutes where I will ask you various questions about all aspects of your health so that I can get a detailed picture of who your are.

We will figure out your goals, and at the end of the visit I'll provide recommendations and treatment options based on your concerns and goals. I may perform physical exams and/or lab tests as well.

If you have lab tests or medical records that you think would help me then feel free to bring them to the visit too.

Follow-up visits: In your follow-up visits I will check in with you, review if the treatment plan is working for you, and modify it, if needed. Follow-ups are booked for 45 mins.
