ABOUT ME

Hey there! I'm Dr. Catherine Rabo, ND

I'm a Naturopathic Doctor and the Creator of the Fertility Focus Method program.

My mission? To guide you through fertility struggles, hormonal ups and downs, and pregnancy challenges—so you can move forward with confidence toward having the family you’ve always dreamed of.

And here’s the thing—healing isn’t a quick fix. It’s a journey, and that’s why it’s so important to vibe with your naturopath. We’ll be working together long-term, building a relationship based on trust, collaboration, and results. I’ll be there to guide and support you every step of the way, ensuring you feel confident in your health decisions.

So, How Are You Really Feeling?

Exhausted? Anxious? Frustrated with your health? Feeling like no one is listening or that your symptoms are just being dismissed? You’re not alone—I’ve been there too. The good news? There’s a way forward, and I’m here to help.

I know how overwhelming it feels when your body isn’t cooperating—when every cycle feels unpredictable, your hormones feel out of control, or your energy just isn’t what it used to be. Together, we’ll uncover what’s really going on, tackle the root causes of your symptoms, and create a plan that actually works.

A Personalized Approach to Healing

Your health isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. Through deep, individualized care, we’ll look at your whole picture—physical, mental, emotional, environmental, spiritual—to build a custom roadmap to feeling better.

I use nutrition and lifestyle as the foundation, complemented by powerful tools like botanical medicine, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and functional lab testing when needed. My goal? To help you restore balance, gain control over your health, and finally feel like yourself again.

Why I Do This Work

My journey to naturopathic medicine began with my own exhausting, frustrating health struggles. I battled autoimmune issues and hormonal imbalances for years, bouncing from one doctor to the next, always searching for answers that never seemed to come. I felt ignored, dismissed, and stuck in an endless cycle of trial and error.

Taking my health into my own hands changed everything. Through intense research, self-experimentation, and formal naturopathic training, I fully recovered—and now live a vibrant, healthy life. But most importantly? I learned how to help others do the same.

I know how isolating, scary, and exhausting it is when you’re struggling with your health. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people like you take back control, find real solutions, and move forward with confidence.

Let’s Get Started

This isn’t just about treating symptoms—it’s about transforming your health for good. Whether you’re navigating hormonal imbalances, fertility challenges, pregnancy concerns, or simply want to feel energized, strong, and in control again, I’m here to support you.
