I see each patient (you!) as an individual. I do a detailed exploration of the physical, emotional/mental, behavioural, social and environmental facets of your life to determine the root cause of your condition. I use nutrition and lifestyle treatments to create a solid foundation to your health as well as supportive tools like dietary supplements, botanical medicine, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, body work, and lab testing if we need to dig deeper. I am here to help you navigate the stresses of this crazy life and to offer support so that you can cultivate optimal health and resilience to be your best self.
My interest is in mental health, methylation issues, nutrient deficiencies, the microbiome and digestive health, autoimmune diseases and immune system dysfunction, reproductive health for females and males, and performance optimization.
Going through my own health challenges in my twenties and thirties lead me to naturopathic medicine and these experiences helped me realize that I want to help others live their healthiest, brightest lives possible and support them on their individual journeys. I’d like to work together with you wherever you are on your journey to help you reach your health goals. I look forward to seeing you!
